I'm a qualified pluralistic integrative counsellor, with a personal and professional understanding of and special interest in Neurodivergence. I have lived experience of neurodivergence and chronic illness, being late diagnosed as Autistic, having ADHD and a rare autoimmune condition at 23, and am a strong supporter of the Neurodiversity paradigm.

After facing burnout and addiction during a creative pivot, his journey through recovery led him to his true purpose—supporting others as a licensed therapist with a Master’s in Psychology from Antioch University.
