I have done my MSc. in clinical psychology. I am a

certifed practitioner in Robert Carkhuff model of

counselling, Transactional Analysis, Rational

Emotive Behavioural Therapy and Cognitive

Behavioural Therapy. I have gathered my work

experience from hospitals like Ram Manohar Lohia,

Delhi, Deenanath Mangeshkar hospital, Pune and

other private clinics. I specialise in empowering

individuals, through my workshops and personal

counselling sessions. I have created tailored

workshops and sessions utilising dance movement

therapy, expressive arts and mindfulness.I have

observed remarkable transformations in

participants, witnessing how movement and

expression can positively impact their mental

health. I have conducted over 50 tailored workshops

for school students on various topics of mental

health and various other organisations. I have

experience of over 500 hours of personal therapy

and counselling. I look forward for a day when

mental health is available in every corner of the

world and this is my small initiative towards the

same.
