I hold a psychology degree specializing in System Family Therapy. I completed a one-year psychiatry course, which helps me work with clients with clinical conditions such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD from the outset. I have been studying complex PTSD and dissociation for many years. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), trauma therapy, crisis psychology, and MBT (Mentalization-Based Therapy). I am interested in Transference-Focused Therapy for working with personality disorders (BPD, NPD).
