I am a qualified CBT therapist and a Neurodivergent counsellor who is passionate about supporting people. No matter what you bring to our sessions. I offer my clients a safe and confidential space and provide you with some tools to bring tranquility back into your life. My mission is to empower, support, coach, teach and inspire all that cross my path. My counselling style is person centred and I use my expertise to personalise my counselling approach to best meet my clients needs. I draw from many modalities such as motivational interviewing, compassion focused therapy and solution focused therapy.I work with all age groups and can help with any situation that brings worry or stress into your life. Some of the areas I have worked with include anxiety, low mood and motivation, autism, ADHD, health anxiety, domestic violence, family breakdown, menopause, low self-esteem, anger management, work difficulties, self-harm and trauma.

I am passionate and dedicated to helping those who need it the most. I view people and the world around me inquisitively. I am curious to why people feel, think, and behave in the way they do.

Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.
