I am a CBT and EMDR therapist, accredited with both the BABCP and EMDR association in the UK. I also hold a Masters in Positive Psychology. I specialise in working with OCD using CBT and Exposure and Response prevention (ERP), and Psychological Trauma (PTSD, C-PTSD, Etc). I have worked in mental health since 2006, in both the NHS and in private practice. Being trained both in clinical problems and in positive psychology, I offer my clients interventions which span the full spectrum of wellbeing.
