Counselor and Therapist
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or low; struggling with a relationship or loss; or simply finding that life has become difficult to manage on your own. Whatever has brought you to counselling, having a safe space where you can talk openly and feel genuinely heard can make a difference.
I am a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and Registered Member of the BACP (MBACP), offering a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore what is happening for you.
My approach is relational and integrative, which means I adapt the way I work to you as an individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
I support people experiencing anxiety, low mood, bereavement and loss, relationship and family difficulties, health anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm and significant life changes.
I have over 230 hours of supervised clinical counselling experience and have worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds and at different stages of life.
I believe counselling is not about telling you what to do or trying to “fix” you. Instead, I aim to offer a safe therapeutic relationship in which you can explore your experiences, understand yourself more deeply and begin to find your own way forward.
I offer both online and face-to-face counselling and work within the BACP Ethical Framework with regular clinical supervision.
If you are considering counselling but are unsure whether it is right for you, you are welcome to get in touch to discuss what you are looking for and whether I may be the right counsellor for you.
