Hi, I am a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist, and i am nearly at the end of DClin training too, which will give me HCPC registration. I am an integrated practitioner where the models are used to assist you in understanding your problem or yourself i work in a client-centred way without imposing strict model adherence. I have worked in various settings and with a range of ages and presentations. I believe that therapy should assist and enhance your understanding, thus your life and i put my clients at ease through building a safe but nurturing therapeutic relationship. I practice in line with my personal values and i hope that you find yourselves contained throughout our sessions.
