Counselor, Life Coach, Psychologist and Therapist

(MA and MSc)

I am a compassionate, evidence-informed Counseling Psychologist dedicated to creating a safe, empathetic, and collaborative space where individuals can navigate life's challenges, foster emotional regulation, and achieve meaningful personal growth. My therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centered care, trauma-informed principles, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), integrated with Positive Behavior Support (PBS). I believe therapy should be an empowering, client-led partnership tailored to your unique identity, strengths, and goals—whether you are working through stress, anxiety, emotional self-regulation, or seeking neurodiversity-affirming care.

1. Academic Background: I hold a Master of Research (MRes) in Psychological Research Methods from Nottingham Trent University (UK), a Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Psychology from Amity University (India), and a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) in Applied Psychology.

2. Clinical & Specialist Experience: My professional background spans hospital settings, educational settings, clinical practice, and specialist care. Having worked as an Assistant Psychologist at premier institutions like Max and Fortis Healthcare, alongside extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals (Autism, ADHD, learning differences), I provide grounded support tailored across diverse mental health needs.

3. Areas of Specialization: My core areas of practice include emotional regulation and trauma-informed care, CBT-based interventions, neurodiversity support (Autism, ADHD, PDA), anxiety management, and self-esteem building.

4. Certifications & Professional Affiliations: I am a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS). My qualifications are further supported by specialized BPS certifications in Autism, dynamic counseling and coaching, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner training, trauma-informed practice (PACE model), and ongoing advanced training in CBT and suicide prevention.

In my sessions, you can expect an authentic, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where we focus on understanding your experiences deeply while equipping you with practical, evidence-based tools to build resilience and reach your goals.

If you are considering psychotherapy but do not know where to start, a free initial consultation is the perfect first step. It will allow you to explore your options, ask questions, and feel more confident about taking the first step towards your well-being.

It is a 30-minute, completely free meeting with a Mental Health specialist that does not obligate you to anything.

What are the benefits of a free consultation?

Who is a free consultation suitable for?

Important:

Potential benefits of a free initial consultation

During this first session: potential clients have the chance to learn more about you and your approach before agreeing to work together.

Offering a free consultation will help you build trust with the client. It shows them that you want to give them a chance to make sure you are the right person to help them before they move forward. Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.

We've found that people are more likely to proceed with therapy after a free consultation, as it lowers the barrier to starting the process. Many people starting therapy are apprehensive about the unknown, even if they've had sessions before. Our culture associates a "risk-free" mindset with free offers, helping people feel more comfortable during the initial conversation with a specialist.

Another key advantage for Specialist

Specialists offering free initial consultations will be featured prominently in our upcoming advertising campaign, giving you greater visibility.

It's important to note that the initial consultation differs from a typical therapy session:
