I am a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Registered Mental Health Nurse with extensive experience delivering evidence-based psychological therapy across NHS and private healthcare settings. I provide compassionate, client-centred CBT to adults experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, stress-related difficulties, low self-esteem, and other common mental health problems.
