Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist, Counselor and Life Coach

Mental Health & Relationship Coach

I help people move through emotional crises, develop a deep sense of inner security, and build relationships rooted in authenticity and trust.

Over the past several years, I have supported people through both coaching and psychosocial care, working with everything from relationship struggles and emotional challenges to severe mental health difficulties.

Today, my work focuses on helping people transform unhealthy relationship patterns, heal attachment wounds, overcome codependency, and build deep self trust, so that their relationships are no longer driven by fear, insecurity, or emotional dependence.

My approach integrates psychology, nervous system regulation, relationship dynamics, and body oriented practices. I work especially with people who already understand their patterns intellectually, but still find themselves repeating the same dynamics, in relationships, after breakups, or during major life transitions.

At the heart of my work is the belief that lasting change does not come from insight alone. Real transformation happens when people don't just understand safety, clarity, and new ways of relating, they embody them. That's why my work is deeply grounded in the body and the nervous system, with the goal of creating meaningful and lasting change.

Every process begins by identifying where the imbalance exists. Where is there too much control, too much people pleasing, or too much emotional responsibility? And where is there too little trust, presence, or inner security?

From there, we work together to restore balance, not simply as an intellectual understanding, but as a lived experience.

Conversation is a central part of my work. I create a space where thoughts, emotions, and experiences can be expressed openly, reflected upon, and understood from a new perspective. Through guided self reflection, I help clients recognize their patterns more clearly and develop a healthier relationship with themselves and others.

I also incorporate systemic constellations to uncover hidden dynamics. Family conditioning, unconscious loyalties, and recurring relationship patterns often only become fully visible when they are brought into the room. Systemic constellation work allows us to access layers that traditional conversation alone often cannot reach.

This process is supported by a nervous system informed and body based approach. The body continues to hold experiences long after the mind has made sense of them. By working directly with what is still active within the nervous system, lasting change becomes possible.

Ultimately, the goal is always the same, not simply to think differently about yourself and your relationships, but to experience yourself, and the way you relate to others, in a fundamentally new way.

If you are considering psychotherapy but do not know where to start, a free initial consultation is the perfect first step. It will allow you to explore your options, ask questions, and feel more confident about taking the first step towards your well-being.

It is a 30-minute, completely free meeting with a Mental Health specialist that does not obligate you to anything.

What are the benefits of a free consultation?

Who is a free consultation suitable for?

Important:

Potential benefits of a free initial consultation

During this first session: potential clients have the chance to learn more about you and your approach before agreeing to work together.

Offering a free consultation will help you build trust with the client. It shows them that you want to give them a chance to make sure you are the right person to help them before they move forward. Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.

We've found that people are more likely to proceed with therapy after a free consultation, as it lowers the barrier to starting the process. Many people starting therapy are apprehensive about the unknown, even if they've had sessions before. Our culture associates a "risk-free" mindset with free offers, helping people feel more comfortable during the initial conversation with a specialist.

Another key advantage for Specialist

Specialists offering free initial consultations will be featured prominently in our upcoming advertising campaign, giving you greater visibility.

It's important to note that the initial consultation differs from a typical therapy session:
