Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist, Counseling Psychologist, Counselor and Marriage & Family Therapist
I'm passionate about helping people understand themselves more deeply and build lives that feel authentic, meaningful, and emotionally fulfilling.
I hold a Master's degree in Psychology and work with adults navigating concerns such as childhood trauma, relationship difficulties, family conflict, anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and patterns that leave them feeling stuck. My work is grounded in the belief that lasting change comes not from fixing who we are, but from understanding how our experiences have shaped us.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and person-centred, drawing from Existential Therapy, Attachment Theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based approaches depending on each client's unique needs. Rather than offering quick solutions or one-size-fits-all advice, I work collaboratively with clients to explore their inner world with curiosity, compassion, and honesty.
I strive to create a space where people feel safe enough to bring their whole selves including the parts they are proud of as well as the parts they struggle to accept. Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, emotional resilience, and choices that reflect who they truly are rather than the wounds or expectations they have carried.
I believe therapy is not about becoming someone else. It is about coming home to yourself.
