Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist, Psychologist and Psychotherapist

(MA and MSc)

My name is Marina and I am a **Psychotherapist, Psychologist, and Image Therapist (Image Healing / Image Medicine Practitioner)** with more than **10 years of experience** working with individuals, couples, and families. Since 2018, I have maintained a private practice, helping people navigate life transitions, strengthen relationships, overcome anxiety, emotional burnout, and reconnect with their inner resources for lasting positive change.

I hold a **Master's degree in Psychology** and have completed extensive professional training in **Systemic Family Psychotherapy**, **Fractal Psychology**, and **Image Medicine (Image Healing)**. I studied **Image Medicine** at the **Beijing Kundawell Medical Institute** under the guidance of **Professor Xu Mingtang** and have more than **nine years of dedicated Qigong practice**, integrating the wisdom of Taoist philosophy with contemporary psychotherapy and psychology. I am committed to continuous professional development through advanced education, supervision, and personal therapy, believing that lifelong learning is essential to providing ethical and high-quality psychological care.

My work is based on an **integrative therapeutic approach**, combining systemic, psychodynamic, and person-centered psychotherapy with the principles of **Image Healing**. This allows me to work not only with conscious thoughts and emotions but also with inner imagery, emotional patterns, psychosomatic experiences, and the body's natural capacity for psychological restoration and resilience.

For me, therapy is a safe and compassionate space where people can openly explore their experiences, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, transform limiting behavioral patterns, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, emotional burnout, relationship difficulties, family conflicts, divorce, betrayal, grief and loss, low self-esteem, psychosomatic symptoms, life transitions, and personal growth. Alongside psychotherapy, I incorporate **Image Healing** techniques to support emotional regulation, strengthen inner resilience, work with symbolic inner imagery, and facilitate deep psychological transformation.

My goal is not only to help clients overcome difficult moments but also to support them in creating meaningful, lasting change, greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and a more fulfilling life.

If you are considering psychotherapy but do not know where to start, a free initial consultation is the perfect first step. It will allow you to explore your options, ask questions, and feel more confident about taking the first step towards your well-being.

It is a 30-minute, completely free meeting with a Mental Health specialist that does not obligate you to anything.

What are the benefits of a free consultation?

Who is a free consultation suitable for?

Important:

Potential benefits of a free initial consultation

During this first session: potential clients have the chance to learn more about you and your approach before agreeing to work together.

Offering a free consultation will help you build trust with the client. It shows them that you want to give them a chance to make sure you are the right person to help them before they move forward. Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.

We've found that people are more likely to proceed with therapy after a free consultation, as it lowers the barrier to starting the process. Many people starting therapy are apprehensive about the unknown, even if they've had sessions before. Our culture associates a "risk-free" mindset with free offers, helping people feel more comfortable during the initial conversation with a specialist.

Another key advantage for Specialist

Specialists offering free initial consultations will be featured prominently in our upcoming advertising campaign, giving you greater visibility.

It's important to note that the initial consultation differs from a typical therapy session:
