I am a mental health counsellor and wellness specialist with experience in counselling, meditation, yoga, and holistic healing approaches. My work focuses on helping individuals manage stress, anxiety, emotional challenges, and personal growth through a compassionate and client-centred approach. I integrate techniques inspired by psychology and psychiatry along with therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Meditation Therapy, Breathwork, Emotional Healing, and Stress Management. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where individuals can heal, grow, and develop emotional strength, self-awareness, and a balanced life.
