Hey, I’m Mo,
I’m a psychologist and coach, combining methods from human-centered positive psychology and systemic coaching with mindfulness-based and somatic practices such as breathwork and yoga. My work focuses on helping people build resilience to stress and create a more fulfilled, balanced life.
With an academic background in psychology and neuroscience, I complement scientific knowledge with practical experience. I spent around four years in Asia, where I trained intensively in various meditation and breathing techniques, gaining a deep, embodied understanding of these practices.
I can help you better understand your brain, body, and nervous system, and support you in finding individualized methods and techniques that truly fit into your daily life.
