What is my therapeutic approach?
Support and safety — I create a space where you can be yourself and express your emotions without fear of judgment.
Respect for your pace — therapy should not be painful or forced; it is important to move gradually and at your own rhythm.
No evaluations or advice — I won’t tell you “how it should be,” but I will help you find your own answers and solutions.
Working with the body and emotions — psychological trauma is stored not only in the mind but also in the body, which is why it is important to work on both levels.
Individual approach — every story is unique, so I use methods that are tailored specifically to you.
Who am I as a person and a professional?
I am an attentive, empathetic, and supportive therapist. My role is to be with you during the most difficult moments of your life and help you find inner support.
I work within the Gestalt approach — this means that I focus on helping you become aware of your feelings and needs and develop inner support. In Gestalt therapy, we pay attention to your present experience and explore how past experiences influence your life today.
My clients often say that with me they can talk about anything, even the most painful topics, while still feeling held in a warm and accepting atmosphere.
