I am a UK-based Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with experience supporting adults through life transitions, stress, burnout, confidence challenges, and everyday fears that can keep people feeling stuck.

My coaching approach is grounded, ethical, and client-led. I integrate evidence-informed coaching models with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and nervous system–aware practices to help clients better understand and regulate stress responses, soften unhelpful patterns, and access greater clarity and self-trust. All techniques are used within a coaching framework and tailored to each client’s goals and capacity.

Sessions are forward-focused and practical, combining reflective inquiry, gentle somatic awareness, and clear action steps. I work collaboratively with clients to support sustainable change while maintaining appropriate boundaries between coaching and therapy, and I refer on where clinical or therapeutic support may be more suitable.

I hold professional indemnity insurance, engage in ongoing professional development, and deliver all sessions confidentially online. I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where clients can feel supported as they move forward with greater confidence and ease.

Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.
