As a fully qualified and highly experienced CBT therapist, I support individuals through emotional and mental health challenges in a clear, practical, and compassionate way. I merge evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapy with a coaching-informed approach to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviour patterns. My work focuses on building insight, developing effective coping strategies, and supporting meaningful, sustainable change. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space through chat and video sessions, tailoring support to each individual’s needs. My aim is to help clients leave each session feeling clearer, more grounded, and better equipped with the resilience needed to create change in their lives.
