Counselor
I am a qualified, BACP-registered person-centred counsellor with a background in trauma-informed practice, offering online therapy to adults across the UK. I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and have experience supporting clients with anxiety, bereavement and loss, emotional trauma, neurodiversity, and difficulties with self-worth and relationships.
I have worked extensively with women affected by domestic abuse and relational trauma, and I am particularly attuned to the impact of loss in its many forms — including bereavement, sudden change, and the loss of safety, identity, or meaningful relationships. I also have experience supporting neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and autism, and understand how anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional dysregulation can show up differently for each individual.
My work is grounded in the person-centred approach, offering a compassionate, non-judgemental online space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. Alongside this, I integrate psychoeducation around the nervous system, grounding techniques, and body-based awareness to support emotional regulation and trauma recovery.
My approach is collaborative, relational, and empowering. I work gently and respectfully to help clients feel more emotionally safe, reconnect with themselves, and move towards greater clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
