I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor passionate about creating safe, compassionate, and person-centred spaces where clients feel heard and supported. I work relationally, placing strong emphasis on connection, rapport, and trust to facilitate meaningful therapeutic work.

 

My experience includes trauma-informed therapy, integrative counselling, solution-focused approaches, and systemic practice, working with individuals across different age groups. I am skilled in crisis intervention, de-escalation, and collaborative work with other professionals and agencies on the clients behalf.

 

I am deeply motivated to support clients in developing self-compassion, balance, insight, and empowerment. I am committed to ongoing professional development and continually reflecting on and enhancing my practice as a counsellor.

Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.
