Counselor
Hi, I’m Freya!
I’m a qualified humanistic counsellor offering in-person and online therapy in a calm, supportive space.
I offer a gentle, non-judgemental space where you can talk about whatever feels important to you, at your own pace. You do not need to have the right words or a clear goal before coming to counselling.
I work in a collaborative, person-centred way, which means I see you as the expert in your own life. My role is not to fix or advise, but to listen carefully and support you to make sense of what is going on for you.
I work with a range of concerns, including anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, and questions around identity.
I am particularly interested in working with young adults and people going through times of transition, such as changes in work, relationships, or sense of self.
As an LGBTQ+ therapist, I also welcome working with LGBTQ+ clients, and aim to offer a space where your identity is respected and understood.
If you would like to explore whether we might be a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute phone call where we can talk a little about what is bringing you to counselling.
If you'd like to explore whether we're a good fit, I offer a no-pressure, free 15-minute phone call where we can discuss what’s bringing you to counselling.
