Counselor and Drug & Alcohol Counselor

Counselor and Drug & Alcohol Counselor
Professional and Counselling experience
Starting counselling can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face things alone. I offer a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel understood.
I bring over 10 years’ experience working in NHS addiction services, as well as private and voluntarty sector people with addiction issues, prior to qualifying as a counsellor. This background gives me a grounded and compassionate understanding of complex emotional struggles.
I work integratively, drawing on humanistic counselling, attachment theory, self psychology, and Transactional Analysis always tailoring the work to you as an individual.
At the heart of my practice is the therapeutic relationship working at your pace, with honesty, warmth, and care.
If you’re looking for a counsellor with both professional training and real-world experience, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
