I primarily uses Person Centred Approach (PCA), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
I work with adults and young adults, seeking support for emotional wellbeing and personal growth.
My most interesting experience includes extensive training in trauma-informed care and a postgraduate certification in Person Centred Therapy.
My approach is empathetic and client-centred, focusing on practical strategies while fostering self-awareness and resilience.
I primarily works with adults and young adults who are dealing with addiction, trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, and work-related pressures. Many clients face challenges stemming from life changes, past trauma, abuse, domestic and sexual violence, loss, and ongoing mental health struggles. My approach is compassionate and trauma-informed, providing a safe space for healing and growth and and those seeking to improve their mental wellbeing through practical coping strategies.
Clients can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where they feel truly heard and understood. Sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs, helping clients gain greater clarity about their challenges and emotions. They often leave with practical tools and coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and other difficulties between sessions, fostering a sense of empowerment and hope.
Clients often describe me as warm, empathetic, and deeply supportive. They appreciate my ability to create a safe and trusting environment, combined with a practical and solution-focused approach. Many value the clear guidance and the useful tools I provide to help them navigate their challenges effectively.
