Counselor, Life Coach, Psychotherapist and Therapist
I offer a calm and confidential space for you to share and explore your thoughts and feelings; allowing you to talk about whatever is on your mind as honestly as you can. I have a welcoming and down to earth approach and will work with you and help you explore and untangle your fears or worries.
I work with a wide variety of emotional difficulties, mental health challenges and relationship issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, adult and childhood trauma, abuse, relationship/family difficulties and gender identity. I have experience working with autism, ADHD, neurodiversity.
I offer open-ended, short, or long-term therapy depending on what your needs are. I offer a free 20 minute telephone consultation, and if you decide to go ahead, I offer 50-minute sessions or 90-minute sessions.
I understand making initial contact with a therapist can feel a bit daunting; the first step is to get in touch with me & I will respond via telephone or email (you choose); to arrange our first session.
