I am a BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) Accredited counsellor with a Postgraduate Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from Brighton University.

I have 8 years experience working as senior therapist and a designated safeguarding lead for a therapeutic service within a large charity in West Sussex. I now have my own private practice in Lewes, East Sussex. I also offer video and phone counselling for adults and teenagers across the UK.

​My career has also involved many years working in health, wellbeing, education and sports development with adults, young people and children of all ages. This includes counselling adults for an East Sussex drug and alcohol service and for a bereavement charity.

Additional qualifications held include a degree in Philosophy, a Masters in Sports Development and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education with Qualified Teacher Status.

​I have an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate (DBS) and full Professional Insurance.

I maintain regular clinical supervision and as an accredited member of the (BACP), abide by their code of ethics and good practice.
