I’m Pia Hasenkamp, an art therapist and facilitator for self-exploration and inner growth.

My path has been shaped by my own life experiences, deep personal healing, and professional training in art and creative therapy. I’ve also completed further education in mindfulness, body-oriented practices, and psychological methods.

 

My areas of specialization include:

- Self-connection & body awareness – learning to listen to the body as a compass

- Emotions & self-regulation – allowing and expressing feelings safely

- Boundaries & self-determination – developing safety and personal agency

- Relationship building – authentic communication and cultivating closeness

 

I work in a trauma-sensitive, resource-oriented, and process-focused way. Above all, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where everything is welcome – fear, joy, shame, courage, doubt, and aliveness.

 

My approach weaves together creativity and mindfulness: artistic expression becomes a mirror of the inner world, a bridge between feeling and awareness.

In my workshops and one-on-one sessions, people discover that healing and growth do not come from performance, but from permission, presence, and inner connection.

 

 

Ich bin Pia Hasenkamp, Kunsttherapeutin und Begleiterin für Selbsterfahrung und innere Entwicklung.

Mein Weg führte mich über eigene Lebenserfahrungen, intensive persönliche Prozesse und eine fundierte Ausbildung in Kunst- und Kreativtherapie zu meiner heutigen Arbeit. Ergänzend habe ich Weiterbildungen in Achtsamkeit, körperorientierter Arbeit und psychologischen Methoden absolviert.

 

Meine Spezialisierung liegt auf Themen wie:

- Selbstbeziehung & Körperbewusstsein – den eigenen Körper als Kompass spüren

- Emotionen & Selbstregulation – Gefühle halten und ausdrücken lernen

- Grenzen & Selbstbestimmung – Sicherheit und Handlungsfähigkeit entwickeln

- Beziehungsgestaltung – authentische Kommunikation und Nähe leben

 

Ich arbeite traumasensibel, ressourcenorientiert und prozessorientiert. Dabei ist es mir besonders wichtig, einen sicheren, urteilsfreien Raum zu schaffen, in dem alles da sein darf – Angst, Freude, Scham, Mut, Zweifel und Lebendigkeit.

 

Mein Ansatz verbindet Kreativität mit Achtsamkeit: Die künstlerische Gestaltung wird zum Spiegel des Inneren, zur Brücke zwischen Gefühl und Bewusstsein.

So können Menschen in meinen Workshops und Einzelsitzungen erleben, dass Heilung und Wachstum nicht aus Leistung entstehen, sondern aus Erlaubnis, Präsenz und innerer Verbundenheit.

Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.
