Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Psychotherapist and Therapist

(MBACP and MSc)

I am an integrative counsellor registered with the BACP, and I am passionate about helping clients move toward the changes they want to see in their lives. My role is to create a compassionate and honest space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, process past or present experiences, and begin to make sense of what may feel overwhelming or confusing. I believe that therapy is most powerful when it supports you not only in understanding yourself more deeply, but also in making meaningful steps toward your personal goals.

The way I work is collaborative, I view counselling as a partnership where your needs, priorities, and hopes guide the process. Some people come to therapy wanting to find solutions, make decisions, or break free from unhelpful patterns; others need a safe space to express themselves without judgment. By adapting my approach, I help you identify what feels most important and support you in developing the clarity, skills, and resilience to move forward. Clients often find that this process gives them practical strategies for coping with challenges, as well as a renewed sense of confidence in their ability to handle life’s ups and downs.

I blend person-centred values with additional modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. This flexibility means I can offer both a supportive environment to explore feelings and structured techniques to create change. For example, CBT can help challenge unhelpful thought patterns, while Solution-Focused Therapy can highlight strengths and encourage small, achievable steps that build momentum. By combining these approaches, I aim to help you not only understand yourself better but also create positive and lasting improvements in your daily life.

My background includes working with adults experiencing complex mental health needs, as well as those navigating anxiety, depression, body image concerns, and general wellbeing. I also have experience working with children and young people, which has strengthened my ability to meet clients wherever they are in their journey. Above all, my focus is on helping you feel empowered, supported, and equipped to achieve the changes that matter most to you. Whether your goal is to build resilience, improve relationships, increase self-confidence, or find greater balance, my hope is that therapy can become a space where genuine growth and progress feel possible.

If you are considering psychotherapy but do not know where to start, a free initial consultation is the perfect first step. It will allow you to explore your options, ask questions, and feel more confident about taking the first step towards your well-being.

It is a 30-minute, completely free meeting with a Mental Health specialist that does not obligate you to anything.

What are the benefits of a free consultation?

Who is a free consultation suitable for?

Important:

Potential benefits of a free initial consultation

During this first session: potential clients have the chance to learn more about you and your approach before agreeing to work together.

Offering a free consultation will help you build trust with the client. It shows them that you want to give them a chance to make sure you are the right person to help them before they move forward. Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.

We've found that people are more likely to proceed with therapy after a free consultation, as it lowers the barrier to starting the process. Many people starting therapy are apprehensive about the unknown, even if they've had sessions before. Our culture associates a "risk-free" mindset with free offers, helping people feel more comfortable during the initial conversation with a specialist.

Another key advantage for Specialist

Specialists offering free initial consultations will be featured prominently in our upcoming advertising campaign, giving you greater visibility.

It's important to note that the initial consultation differs from a typical therapy session:
