Counselor, Life Coach and Psychotherapist

Katsiaryna

Counselor, Life Coach and Psychotherapist

I know it's not easy to decide to start therapy and to trust another person. You might be asking yourself, "What will I talk about?", "What if it's not for me?", "Does this mean I can't cope?"—these are all natural doubts. But if you're thinking about it right now, it means something inside is already looking for support. This is the first step towards finding yourself.

Over the years of my practice—both in private work and during my internship—I have accompanied many people on their journey of exploring their inner world. And each time, I am convinced of how healing it can be to simply be seen and heard. Even if the words are hard to find. Even if not everything is clear from the beginning. When there is a space where you don't have to pretend or be "convenient," a feeling comes that you are not alone. Clarity appears, and you can finally breathe.

I believe that at our core, every person is unique, multifaceted, and deeply feeling. But due to traumatic experiences, emotional insecurity, or external pressure, we often lose touch with ourselves. That's when defense mechanisms appear: anxiety, the inner critic, emotional detachment, addictions. They once helped us cope, but over time, they begin to get in the way, limit our freedom, complicate relationships, and make it hard to feel joy.

In therapy, we gradually and gently approach these inner structures. In my work, I rely on methods that help you softly and deeply explore your inner processes:

IFS (Internal Family Systems) helps you connect with the different "parts" of yourself: the vulnerable, the wounded, the protective, and the critical.

EFT / EFIT (Emotionally Focused Therapy / Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy) helps you restore a lively connection with your feelings and learn to experience emotions without shame or rejection.

Both methods are based on scientific data, yet they are very delicate. They allow you to go deep at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you.

Therapy is not a path to being "fixed," it's a return to who you already are.

It's an opportunity to:

shed outdated, hindering defenses

re-examine limiting beliefs ("I'm not interesting," "I'm hard to love," "nothing will work out")

feel a sense of inner strength, expand your choices, and find your own way to be in touch with yourself and the world

I am in constant training, regularly undergoing supervision, intervision, and my own personal therapy.

It's important to me to be a supportive, present, and professional guide for you throughout your therapeutic journey.

Although my academic background is in medicine, my work in private practice is focused exclusively on psychotherapy and psychological support. I do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment; instead, I help clients explore their inner world, develop emotional resilience, and navigate personal challenges.

If you are considering psychotherapy but do not know where to start, a free initial consultation is the perfect first step. It will allow you to explore your options, ask questions, and feel more confident about taking the first step towards your well-being.

It is a 30-minute, completely free meeting with a Mental Health specialist that does not obligate you to anything.

What are the benefits of a free consultation?

Who is a free consultation suitable for?

Important:

Potential benefits of a free initial consultation

During this first session: potential clients have the chance to learn more about you and your approach before agreeing to work together.

Offering a free consultation will help you build trust with the client. It shows them that you want to give them a chance to make sure you are the right person to help them before they move forward. Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.

We've found that people are more likely to proceed with therapy after a free consultation, as it lowers the barrier to starting the process. Many people starting therapy are apprehensive about the unknown, even if they've had sessions before. Our culture associates a "risk-free" mindset with free offers, helping people feel more comfortable during the initial conversation with a specialist.

Another key advantage for Specialist

Specialists offering free initial consultations will be featured prominently in our upcoming advertising campaign, giving you greater visibility.

It's important to note that the initial consultation differs from a typical therapy session:
