I am a practicing psychologist and nutritionist.

 

The main method of psychotherapy is Cognitive behavioral therapy, as it gives the fastest results compared to others.

 

Depending on the client's request, I also use an integrative approach and coaching techniques. For weight loss, I use the most effective integrated method of working with thinking and body biochemistry.
