As a CBT therapist and Psychologist over 15 years , I incorporate in my approach not only such therapeutic techniques but the principles of the positive psychology as well. You will be equipped with new coping skills, self-help tools and productive mental stamina. You will be strongly encouraged to re-evaluate your experience with your problem and see it as challenging but not overwhelming. You will be able to strengthen your personality as well as finding personal meaning and a fulfilling happy life.

I am operating in the wholistic mental health framework incorporating physical, mental, spiritual and social interactions of each individual. In my work I apply contemporary scientific research within a client centered treatment. I believe in the human potential for change, the power of hope for his recovery and well-being.

To achieve this goal, I will create an empathetic work alliance with you and will see you as an active collaborator in the treatment process. I am adhered to the practice of confidentiality by making it a safe place where you can be free to share your story and be yourself. I provide warm and relax atmosphere using humour, metaphors and stories.
