Hi, my name is Mia, and my passion is helping families to live their best lives. My practice is based on the latest research on attachment, trauma, child development and evidence based parenting practices. I am a child therapist, parenting coach, life coach and am currently specializing in trauma therapy for infants and toddlers.

 

I work with families from all over the world via Zoom. I have an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy for Children, Adolescents and Families, a BA in Psychology and certifications in EMDR and Trauma Counselling. I am also trained in various alternative therapies including Neuro Linguistic Programming, Life Coaching, Stress Biofeedback, and mindfulness. I use a combination of methods in my practice to help families to navigate their current challenges and find the unique solutions that will work for them.
