Counselor, Psychologist and Psychotherapist

Dimitris

Counselor, Psychologist and Psychotherapist

Hello! My name is Dimitris Paitaridis, and I am a psychologist and psychotherapist.

My journey in the field of mental health began with earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, which provided me with a deep understanding of human behavior and cognitive processes. Building on this foundation, I further specialized in Gestalt therapy, which forms the core of my practice. To ensure I provide the highest quality care and for my personal development, I have actively participated in numerous seminars and workshops, continually enhancing my therapeutic skills and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field. On a personal level, I have completed 5 years of individual therapy and 3 years of group therapy in Gestalt.

I am passionate about helping people on their journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth. As a psychotherapist, I offer a warm and empathetic approach in my practice, creating a safe space where individuals can explore their inner and outer worlds and grow.

My life experiences, combined with my education, have shaped my understanding of the human condition, and this understanding forms the foundation of my therapeutic work. I believe each person's story is unique, and I strive to honor this uniqueness in my practice. By creating a collaborative and non-judgmental environment, I empower clients to openly share their thoughts, feelings, and concerns. I firmly believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the potential it holds for transformation and growth.

I deeply believe that therapy is a powerful tool for self-discovery, building resilience, and personal transformation. It is my honor to accompany clients on their unique journeys, providing support as they navigate life's challenges and discover their inner strengths. Together, we can work towards fostering positive changes and creating a meaningful and fulfilling life.

If you are considering psychotherapy but do not know where to start, a free initial consultation is the perfect first step. It will allow you to explore your options, ask questions, and feel more confident about taking the first step towards your well-being.

It is a 30-minute, completely free meeting with a Mental Health specialist that does not obligate you to anything.

What are the benefits of a free consultation?

Who is a free consultation suitable for?

Important:

Potential benefits of a free initial consultation

During this first session: potential clients have the chance to learn more about you and your approach before agreeing to work together.

Offering a free consultation will help you build trust with the client. It shows them that you want to give them a chance to make sure you are the right person to help them before they move forward. Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.

We've found that people are more likely to proceed with therapy after a free consultation, as it lowers the barrier to starting the process. Many people starting therapy are apprehensive about the unknown, even if they've had sessions before. Our culture associates a "risk-free" mindset with free offers, helping people feel more comfortable during the initial conversation with a specialist.

Another key advantage for Specialist

Specialists offering free initial consultations will be featured prominently in our upcoming advertising campaign, giving you greater visibility.

It's important to note that the initial consultation differs from a typical therapy session:
