As a Trainee Counsellor, My journey is defined by a profound commitment to academic excellence, specialised training, and the rigorous pursuit of psychological knowledge and practice. My academic pursuits are underpinned by a thirst for understanding human behavior and fostering mental health. Through rigorous coursework, workshops, internships, training and seminars, I have developed a robust theoretical foundation enriched by practical experiences in clinical and counselling settings. These experiences not only enhance my proficiency in conducting assessments and formulating treatment plans but also reinforce my commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care.

 

Integral to my development is my internship and training experience, where I apply theoretical knowledge under the guidance of seasoned professionals. The hands-on training equips me with invaluable skills in therapeutic techniques, crisis intervention, and collaborative care, preparing me to navigate the complexities of real-world clinical practice with confidence and compassion.
