I incorporate Attachment Theory, Adlerian, and Existential approaches in my work. I believe that relationships are at the core of healing, and my therapeutic approach emphasizes the importance of relationships in shaping your experiences. I also place great importance on the narrative experiences of my clients, valuing their personal stories and how these narratives shape their identities and perspectives.
