Myself kaneez Fatima I am a Rehabilitation Psychologist. I have completed my M.SC in clinic psychology from Aligarh Muslim University. And diploma in counseling psychology from Jamia Millia islamia. Diploma in rehabilitation Psychology (RCI approved) from vision institute Faridabad. I have 10 years experience in mental health sector. Currently working in a rehabilitation center. Proving psychotherapy and supportive sessions. I have empathy to others. I am good listener and good in dealing with people's feelings and emotions. Good knowledge in dealing with relationship issues.

 

I believe in a client-centered approach to therapy, where the client is viewed as the expert of their own experiences. I create a non-judgmental and supportive environment, fostering a therapeutic alliance built on trust, respect, and confidentiality. I work collaboratively with clients, recognizing their strengths and resilience, to guide them towards self-discovery, personal growth, and positive change.

 

In addition to addressing specific mental health concerns, I also provide counseling services aimed at personal development, self-exploration, and life transitions. I help individuals navigate challenges such as relationship issues, stress management, self-esteem, identity development, grief and loss, and career transitions. I assist clients in developing adaptive coping strategies, enhancing self-awareness, and building resilience to overcome obstacles and improve their overall well-being.
