Hi! I am a Clinical Psychologist Registered with Rehabilitation Council of India (CRR No. A96157). I hold a bachelor's and master's degree in psychology from Banaras Hindu University, where I was recognized with the BHU Gold Medal and Punam Memorial Gold Medal. Additionally, I possess a Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology, RCI Approved.

 

My therapeutic approach is grounded in the Rogerian method, creating a nurturing and non-judgmental atmosphere for personal growth. I also employ supportive psychotherapy to empower individuals to overcome life's challenges.

 

With a profound interest in psychological assessments and tests, I am well-versed in a wide array of assessments, including but not limited to Rorschach Inkblot Test, Thematic Apperception Test (TAT), Children's Apperception Test (CAT), 16 Personality Factors (16 PF), Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (MCMI), various Intelligence tests, MISIC, WISC, WAIS, Bhatia Battery, and an array of neuropsychology tests.

 

My clinical practice spans various specialties, encompassing CBT, DBT, REBT, MET, ERP, MBCT, positive intervention, maternity counseling, couple's therapy, sex therapy, adolescence counseling, children's counseling, behavior modification, and relaxation techniques. I have also worked extensively in collaboration with psychiatric setups, contributing to the holistic well-being of individuals dealing with complex mental health challenges.
