I am also a certified Parenting Coach and specialize in areas such as Anxiety, Grief, Trauma, Mood disorders, Inter Personal relationships, LGBTQ, Emotion regulation, Anger Management, Communication & Assertiveness, Stress Management, Inner Child Healing and Past Life Regression. The therapeutic modalities i most often use are CBT, Family therapy, Trauma focused therapy, DBT & MBCT.
