I am a highly experienced therapist specializing in counseling psychology. With a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore, India and a Bachelor of Arts from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University, India, I bring a rich educational background to her practice.


With over 6000 hours of counseling and coaching experience in 7 years, as well as more than 400 hours conducting group webinars, seminars, and workshops on various psycho-educational topics, I have honed my skills in addressing a wide range of mental health issues. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, psychological patterns, teenage concerns, and empty nest concerns. Additionally, I provide well-being coaching for corporate employees.


I have a strong background in crisis intervention and has conducted workshops for various critical incidents at corporations through my affiliation with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). I have worked extensively with EAPs in India and the United States, as well as with esteemed organizations such as Accenture, 1to1Help, Optum, and WPO.
