I am a compassionate individual who values a therapeutic approach rooted in unconditional positive regard kindness active listening and acceptance the cause of problem. I strongly believe that living a purposeful life is crucial for an individual's well being so for finding the meaning even in times of suffering which are an inevitable part of life. My therapeutic approach is rooted in indian context and western context model which emphasizes the importance of thought patterns and behavior.

 

I have completed Masters in Clinical Psychology from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya of Haridwar Uttrakhand , wherein I got the opportunity to work upon several aspect of life and also work for social welfare. In my college I also learn about Yoga which is a Plus point for me to understand life more easily.I had a working experience with students and group of adult on the issues which they are suffering in their daily life. I can listen them carefully without any judgement so that they can open up easily with me.

 

I can make people feel comfortable easily by providing joy environment so they can easily spit everything what they are going through. I Have experience many changes in my own life which helps me to have a good mental, emotional, spiritual and social health. Through my Yoga knowledge I learn many way of being Happy.

 

My others interests includes reading, watching Movies, explore new things about life, travelling. I aspire to be kind and compassionate to all beings..
