I am an integrative relationship counsellor, trained at Master's level with experience in relationships, trauma, domestic violence and common mental health issues like anxiety and depression. I use blend of theoretical approaches based on the client's needs. My main ones are systemic, psychodynamic and mind-body integration.

I am a BACP and COSRT registered member and I follow their ethical framework, I am ICO registered in order to offer a safe and secure way of working to my clients.
