I offer over 500 hours of practical experience. I am a certified REBT and DBT practitioner.

 

My expertise also covers a range of Basic Counseling Skills and Approaches, including REBT, CBT, EBT, SFBT, SIT, and Assertiveness Training for individual counseling. In group settings, I utilize Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, and Psychodrama techniques. My training includes Supervised Practicum and mock sessions, preparing me for various counseling scenarios. As a school counselor, I've honed my skills in supporting diverse students.
