Anastasia Panagiotidou was born in Greece and currently lives in Thessaloniki. She studied International Business, European Management and Master in Business Administration in the UK, France and Holland. She specialised in Human Resources in 1999. While for many years she worked in managerial positions, she completed her Master's degree in Psychology in 2015 and she is a GMBPsS member of Britishh Psychological Society (BPS).

 

Her inner journey began in 2000 with breathwork. She decided to follow Grof's Transpersonal Training in 2008 and in 2015 she certified as a facilitator of Holotropic Breathwork™.

 

She is a trained Movie Yoga facilitator with additional training in Filmtherapy. Movie Yoga is her passion, she loves to work with groups or carries individual consulations online and in person. In 2022 she received the Diploma in Cogintive Behavioral Hypnotherapy from the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy and she is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR). At the same time she is training in Person Centered and Focusing Experiential Psychotherapy.

 

Anastasia is very enthousiastic about Holotropic Bretahwork, as she has seen the transformation of many people and has experienced her own personnal development and healing. In 2015 she co-organised with Irena Antolic the first Holotropic Breathwork workshop in Greece. Since then, she has facilitated in many workshops in Europe and her vision is to make Holotropic Breathwork more accessible to people around the world.
