My name is Michele. I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist; I have attended a number of prestigious institution, and I completed the Master in Psychodynamic Practice at Oxford University. I am trained in the principles and practices of an Integrative Psychotherapy model featuring the Humanistic approach; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach; and the Psychodynamic approach. I have particular specialism in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy both open-ended/long term as well as brief/short term models of practice. I'm BACP registered psychotherapist, UKCP accredited psychodynamic counsellor and NCS accredited psychotherapist - I help individuals and couples with their emotional health. I have private and public sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My focus involves abuse, depression and narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), and the specific problems encountered by men, women and LGBT+ people. I offer therapy to individuals, partners, and couples affected by sex & porn addiction, in addition to substance and other behavioural addictions, and eating disorders. I also work with those who feel their sexual drive may be unnatural and driven towards compulsive and illegal behaviours such as sexual and Internet sexual abuse.
