​Oliver offers a broad spectrum of services. We help high performing people cope with the intensity of competition and overcome a variety of problems with such things as confidence, focus, and motivation. We aim to improve performance, aid recovery from injury, and improve performance wellbeing.

 

Performance Counselling ​

​Working from a performance prospective we offer counselling to athletes, players and high performing professionals. Sometimes things do get on top of us and just having some space and guidance can make huge difference to our well-being and our ability to maintain a high level of performance.

 

Executive Coaching

​Applying the tools of sport and performance to the world of business, we offer executive coaching to help you to shape and achieve your business and personal goals. We apply the tools of gold medal winning successes to energise your road map to accomplish your goals.
