I take a person-centred approach with existential and spiritual involvement as well as CBT and Gestalt methods.

 

Have a strong belief that we are here to live up to our full potential, I encourage clients to consider by practising acceptance, compassion and love.

 

Additionally as Qualified Life Coach I work to uncover any thoughts or believes that might be keeping you stuck and realise your strengths and make sure your GOALS are genuine for you. My main focus will be to provide a safe and confidential place for you to explore parts of yourself, where you are fully heard with no judgments and with absolute commitment.
