Talmud is an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and an Advanced CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) Practitioner with distinction, awarded by CoE, QLS ABC Awards and The Education and Skills Council.

 

Talmud has Diplomas in Educational Psychology, Counselling & Psychotherapy, Adult Learning and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA).

 

He is an accredited Ministry of Entrepreneurship Coach and is an accredited Clarity 4D coach. Clarity 4D is a coaching model which is based on Carl Jung's psychology principles and looks at individual and group behaviour change.

 

Talmud is trained in Brief Therapy at the Institute of Education; as well as Managing Conflict and Mediation Skills.

 

Talmud holds NOCN/LOCN Certificates in Workshop Leadership Skills and Counselling Skills.

 

Talmud is also trained in transformational change management, executive leadership coaching and unconscious bias and inclusive leadership and culture coaching by Dr Ian Dodds, an award-winning consultant.

 

Talmud has a PCET/Cert Ed - (MA/ Level 7) from Canterbury Christchurch University and is a qualified further and adult education specialist, private sector trainer, educationalist and emotional behaviour specialist.

 

Talmud has delivered highly successful emotional wellbeing, mental health, leadership, educational and behavioural change development programmes across healthcare, education, local government, International NGOs, tech and corporate finance sectors, as well as alternative educational settings for the past twenty-four years.

 

Talmud is a member of the Institute of Leadership (IL), the Institute of Directors (IoD), the Association for Coaching (AC), a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA), a member of the Society for Education and Training (SET), The National Education Union (NEU) and an affiliate member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP).

 

Talmud has worked with Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust and with NHS SLAM (South London & Maudsley) to Internally train mental healthcare providers on inclusive behaviours, cultural awareness and de-escalation techniques to help reduce the use of restraint. He was also a consultant to The London Mayor's Office and NHS/CAMHS, on the emotional triggers to youth violence.

 

Talmud has been a consultant on the impact of developing healthy mind sets, emotional intelligence

and understanding micro – inequities to the Directorate of Education for Greenwich, international

NGO’s and charity directors, as well as construction and corporate partners such as MACE and KPMG.

 

As a consultant to The George Soros Foundations/ The Open Society Foundations (OSF) he ran

presentations, seminars and trainings on emotional intelligence, wellbeing, solution focused

thinking, the 'causes and cures' of confrontation, unconscious bias and conflict resolution at The

Danish Institute for Human Rights, as well as Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Gouda, The Hague, Antwerp,

Barcelona, Türkiye, Central Asia, Budapest, Romania, Bulgaria, Brussels and The John Jay University

of Criminal Justice in New York.
