Women's Day Special: Who am I to me?

Have you heard about self-love? It's quite the campaign these days.

It's a noble idea to love oneself, isn't it? But here we all are pondering over the tools to achieve it. Do self-care days make you love yourself more or the over burdened days help you realize your worth?

We all are creatures of habit who seek validation. Be it from ourselves or from others. Hence, we can't wait to catch up with that friend of ours who listens and takes interest in our joys, troubles and sorrows. Hence, we sometimes feel lonely despite the presence of such friends and family. Hence, we feel empty in their absence.

The most crucial part of any relationship is trust. As healthy individuals, we sit and laugh with those who won't hurt us. We pretend to be comfortable with those who don't ensure the same level of safety. Who are you as a person to yourself? Do you listen? Do you shut yourself up? Do you let yourself follow/believe those irrational, hurtful and untruthful thoughts? Are you a good friend to yourself?

Recall and relive any tiny instance of your life when you were absolutely alone, immersed in your favorite task or activity. What was on your mind? Was it a sea of calm or was it a joyous chaos? We are the peaceful answer to our chaos. Nothing should replace our engagement and involvement in our own lives. On this beautiful occasion of International Women's Day, I wish that we remind ourselves of our inner strength and take a pledge to care, respect and accept our essence and existence. Let's start with acceptance before reach love:))

If you are considering psychotherapy but do not know where to start, a free initial consultation is the perfect first step. It will allow you to explore your options, ask questions, and feel more confident about taking the first step towards your well-being.

It is a 30-minute, completely free meeting with a Mental Health specialist that does not obligate you to anything.

Important:

Potential benefits of a free initial consultation

During this first session: potential clients have the chance to learn more about you and your approach before agreeing to work together.

Offering a free consultation will help you build trust with the client. It shows them that you want to give them a chance to make sure you are the right person to help them before they move forward. Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.

We've found that people are more likely to proceed with therapy after a free consultation, as it lowers the barrier to starting the process. Many people starting therapy are apprehensive about the unknown, even if they've had sessions before. Our culture associates a "risk-free" mindset with free offers, helping people feel more comfortable during the initial conversation with a specialist.

Another key advantage for Specialist

Specialists offering free initial consultations will be featured prominently in our upcoming advertising campaign, giving you greater visibility.

It's important to note that the initial consultation differs from a typical therapy session:
