Research has shown that the words you say to yourself are the most powerful words you'll use today.
Success or failure is deeply and directly connected to our belief, in what we can do today. Finding positive things to say to ourselves and celebrating wins however small has an incredible effect on our self-esteem and general well-being. (Karjala, 2020)
I have found that it's easy to choose negative thoughts living with an incurable condition.
However, I am a huge believer in choosing how you feel about yourself along with your mood.
People who have low self-esteem can sometimes have a negative view of themselves. This can lead to patterns of self-talk. Along with that negative self-talk can include self-destructive negative self-blaming statements like, "It's all your fault, you're a complete loser." (Kaur, 2021)

I choose proactive, not reactive.
