Key Responsibilities:

Flexible Psychological Services (Online & In-Person): Provide high-quality individual, couples, or family therapy based on your licensure, expertise, and clinical specialization. Seamlessly integrate online sessions via our secure platform to complement your existing in-person practice.
Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, formulate clinical impressions, and develop collaborative, evidence-based treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and tailored to the specific needs of clients in the region.
Confidential Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous, timely, and confidential client records in full compliance with UAE health regulations (e.g., MOHAP/DHA standards) and local data protection laws.
Ethical & Legal Adherence: Practice in strict accordance with the professional code of ethics, as well as all UAE federal and Emirate-specific laws and regulations governing mental health services and data privacy.
Independent Practice Management: Manage all aspects of your client relationships, including scheduling, professional communication, and outlining your practice policies. You will also establish and manage your own professional fees and billing process directly with your clients.

Requirements:

Education: A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, etc.) from a reputable, accredited university.
Licensure: Must hold a current, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist from a recognized UAE health authority (e.g., Ministry of Health and Prevention - MOHAP, Dubai Health Authority - DHA, or Department of Health - DOH).
Independent Practice Status: Your license must permit you to practice independently without the need for supervision.
Clinical Experience: Proven post-licensure experience delivering psychological therapy and assessment.
Bilingual Skills: Professional proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage and highly desirable for serving the local community.
Tech Competency: Comfort and proficiency in using digital platforms for client management and secure video conferencing.
