Your Role and Impact

Comprehensive Assessment & Treatment: Conduct thorough psychological assessments, formulate clinical insights, and develop collaborative, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and cultural context of your clients.
Confidential Record-Keeping: Maintain precise, timely, and confidential client records in full compliance with the regulations set forth by the UAE's Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) and UAE data protection laws.
Ethical & Regulated Practice: Adhere strictly to the highest international ethical standards and maintain full compliance with all MOHAP regulations and UAE laws governing the practice of psychology.
Client Engagement & Practice Management: Manage all aspects of the client relationship directly. This includes scheduling, professional communication, and outlining your unique therapeutic approach, policies, and fee structure.

Essential Qualifications

Education: A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, etc.) from a recognized and accredited university.
Licensure: You must hold a current, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist from the UAE's Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) or another recognized UAE health authority (e.g., CDA, DOH).
Experience: Proven post-licensure experience providing psychological therapy within a professional setting, preferably in the UAE.
Cultural Competency: A deep understanding of and experience working with the diverse, multicultural population of the UAE. A commitment to providing culturally sensitive and respectful care is essential.
