Uphold the Highest Ethical Standards: Adhere strictly to the APA's Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct, as well as all regulations set forth by the California Board of Psychology and other relevant governing bodies.
Manage Your Independent Practice: Professionally manage all client communications, scheduling, and practice policies. You will establish and manage your own fees and billing directly with your clients.

Who You Are: Requirements for Partnership

Education: A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an APA-accredited or equivalent institution.
Licensure: A current, active, and unrestricted license to practice psychology independently, issued by the California Board of Psychology. This is a mandatory requirement.
Experience: Proven post-licensure experience delivering psychological therapy and assessment services.
Professional Liability: Must maintain active professional liability (malpractice) insurance that covers your full scope of practice, including telehealth services in California.
Telehealth Proficiency: Comfortable and proficient with HIPAA-compliant video conferencing technology and digital record-keeping. A strong understanding of telehealth ethics and best practices.
